Azim Premji has been leading Wipro since the late 1960s. An Electrical Engineering graduate from Stanford University, Premji started Wipro with one basic idea - to build an organization which is deeply committed to Values, with the firm belief that success in business would be its inevitable, eventual outcome. In his view, the Wipro brand promise of "Applying Thought" is the driving force for delivering value for customers – which is the heart of business success. A proud recipient of Padma Vibhushana and Padma Bhushana - Premji has significantly contributed towards providing quality primary education for every child and build a just, equitable, humane, and sustainable society in India.

Pratik Kumar has been associated with Wipro for the last 22 years and is a member of Wipro's senior leadership team, closely associated with Wipro's growth over the years, and played a significant role in shaping it into a strong global player.
Pratik spent his initial years in the IT business before taking over the mantle of HR leadership of the Corporation in 2002. Under Pratik's leadership, Wipro was recognized as the first company in the world to be assessed at PCMM Level 5, the highest maturity level on the SEI framework of Carnegie Mellon University.
Pratik assumed leadership of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering ( WIN )as its CEO in July of 2010. In the last few years, WIN has taken rapid stride in establishing its footprints in emerging as well as other growth markets. WIN, under his leadership has also focused its efforts in scaling up its nascent business in Aerospace & Defense and Water which would be strong platforms for WIN's future growth.
Pratik is member of the Board of Wipro Enterprises Limited as well as member of the Corporate Executive Council of Wipro. Besides his business role, Pratik also provides leadership oversight to the HR function of Wipro Enterprises Limited. He is an active member of the various industry bodies.
Pratik is a Post Graduate in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Sunil Rajagopalan is Head of Aerospace & Defence business. A Mechanical Engineer with a Post-Graduation in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Sunil brings on board 27 years of industry experience. During his tenure, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering grew from being one among many players in the fledgling hydraulic industry in India to being the largest manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders in the world. Sunil has made significant contributions in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Globalization, Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) and Business Development areas, strengthening the overall business architecture of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering.
Simha joined WIPRO with over 27 years experience in the Auto industry. He has worked in various functional roles such as Production Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain management and projects. His last assignment was to set up a green field manufacturing project in Indonesia. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and has a post graduate degree in Manufacturing systems engineering from University of Warwick, UK.
Vasudevan is Senior Vice President and Global Sales Head. Being a part of Wipro for over 18 years, Vasudevan brings to this position more than 3 decades of industry experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Operations. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Vasudevan started heading the sales function of the hydraulic cylinder business 7 years back. His acumen in devising and executing successful market driven strategies has helped place Wipro Infra Engg. on a strong pedestal of growth.
KN Padmanabha is VP and Country Head of Romania operations. A Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology - Chennai, KNP joined Wipro in 1982. In his 30 years of long association with Wipro, he has handled multiple roles in different sides of the business - Operations, Project Management, Marketing & Business Management, and overseeing integration of acquired companies. With his exceptional understanding of market and Truck Hydraulics' products, Wipro Infra Engg. successfully developed the Front End Tipping systems for Global markets.
Rajib took over as Vice President – Europe, Middle East and Africa on April 1, 2014 to focus on markets of strategic importance. He worked in Wipro for over 14 years across functions and businesses before joining Wipro Infrastructure Engineering in 2005 as the Global Lead of Human Resources. In addition, he has also been handling the M&A portfolio of the business from 2011. A Post Graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Rajib worked in different HR roles in Pharma and FMCG industries before joining Wipro in 2000.
Isaac has many years of business and HR experience. He led Sales & Marketing, Quality, Consulting and Operations at different points before joining the HR Function. He is responsible for employees globally, has evolved Wipro’s Persons with Disabilities initiative, and is a trustee with Wipro Cares, an employees’ social initiative. He joined WIN in April 2014 as the Global Leader of Human Resources, and is responsible for its M&A portfolio
Raghav is Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has been with Wipro since 2004 and joined Wipro Infrastructure Engineering in 2009. With more than 16 years of global financial and business management experience in Manufacturing and IT sectors, Raghav previously led the Service Lines & Enterprise Verticals of Wipro Technologies as the CFO. Adept at developing global footprint, portfolio expansion and cost optimization, he has refined, standardized and simplified financial processes to drive business objectives effectively. Raghav was instrumental in incubating the new business venture into Brazil and entry to China. In addition to this role, he is also a Director of Wipro Kawasaki Precision Machinery Pvt. Ltd.
Jose Luiz Ramos is the CEO of Wipro RKM and a member of the Board. A Mechanical Engineer by profession with MBA in Economic Engineering and Industrial Marketing, Jose has 37 years of experience in managing different sides of the hydraulic cylinder business. He took over RKM as CEO in 2007. Since his transition, Jose has driven significant cost reduction in raw materials and through alternate processes, thereon increasing the revenue flow to the business.
Eric Olson is General Manager-North America. A sound professional with over 29 years' experience in hydraulic cylinder business, Eric oversees the Wipro Infrastructure Engineering's expansion in North America including forging key relationships with customers, suppliers and government agencies. Eric lends his experience in leading the Sales team for developing new accounts as well as serving existing accounts in the region. Eric has had on-line manufacturing experience. He also has had extensive sales and product training experiences with a world leader in new and emerging equipment for manufacturers. For the 20 years just prior to his current role, Eric was an entrepreneur and CEO of Olson and Olson Inc., a hydraulic cylinder manufacturing company in the US.
Jan is Vice President & Global Engineering Head and a key member of the senior leadership team of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering since 2006 when the European operation Hydrauto was acquired. He has a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Luleå Technical University in Sweden and he brings on board 30 years of industry hydraulic experience in different leadership positions. He also brings in experience from military vehicle applications as well as global co-operation experience with different nationalities and cultures. As the Global Engineering Head, Jan operates out of Skellefteå in Sweden where the Technology Centre for Europe is located. In his role, Jan leads the global team of Product Development and Process Engineering across all locations He has spearheaded the development of some of the most advanced technologies in the hydraulic cylinder world and heightened the quality consciousness, technical edge in R&D, process engineering and manufacturing effectiveness to new heights. In addition to this role, he is also a Director of Wipro Kawasaki Precision Machinery Pvt. Ltd.
Roy George is General Manager & Country Head of China operations. A sound professional with over 25 years' experience in hydraulic cylinder business, Roy oversees the Wipro Infrastructure Engineering's expansion in China including forging key relationships with customers, suppliers and government agencies. A BE in Production and Industrial Engineering, Roy lends his experience in leading the Sales team for developing new accounts as well as serving existing accounts in the region. Prior to this role, Roy managed the Marketing & Sales operations of all product lines across Asian markets(except India) and existing customers in Europe. Roy was also instrumental in the business acquisition of RKM and helped Wipro expand its spread in South American market.
Pinaki is Head of Wipro Water Business. A Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India and Masters in Management Science (Marketing) from Pune University, Pinaki brings along with him over 29 years of experience in the field of Energy, Environment and Water. Having worked in diverse areas of the business in leading firms, Pinaki joined Wipro Water in 2012. He is closely associated with energy, environment and water related issues of the country and been an active member on various Committees of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), both at the regional and national level. He has presented papers related to Energy Conservation, Cogeneration, Demand Side Management and Energy Policies for the future in several forums in India and abroad. He was also one of the collaborators for the G8 sponsored World CHP initiative through IEA, Paris.
